In the linux community we call those "programming socks". BTW shoutout to Mia for her drum work too, especially in _CLIFFJUMPER_ - drum work can be hard to notice but hers really stands out.
The instrumentals on this track are some of my favorite things Starset has ever done. Also might be their best chorus ever. SO ready for this new album
I added this song to my favourite feel good songs Spotify playlist yesterday after finding it and I'm watching reactions to this song today. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it.
Gemini 4 was my first experience of Foxcult and it made me a fan. Went through their repertoire and they were in Atlanta two nights later. Had to miss but I love it
Just found you because of this recation do you happen to know set to stun? If not I highly recommend staria 2 one of ym favorite songs of all time sadly there isn't a video though
I'm absolutely in love with Foxcult. I was at their Watercolors Experience concert and it was amazing. (This was two weeks after learning I even liked the genere, friends recommending good music is great) No other sound feels befits the scale of the PNW -- listening to this track while looking at Rainier hits different.
These guys have been my favorite band since they released their first album. A very talented band, and I mean the entire band. I met them in Columbus and they are down to earth and good people. Special shout out to their basest Josh Billimoria, great person. I love their music. I can't wait until they release a new album! It seems they get some flack because "It sounds like X, Y, or Z". I just want them to progress their art how they chose too. If they go the way of AFI for me, then thats fine, but I don't want to dictate to the band how they should play. I like this song, I am glad that it has some heavy elements.
Late to this reaction He’s actually got 3 songs with Rory from Dayseeker. FLOURIDEINTHEHARDSELTZWRWATER (also with Jon Mess), Fuck I’m Lonely, and most recently A Hogman’s Delight. Seriously though, dive into Bilmuri. He puts on an amazing show. Easily among the best I’ve been to.
It’s definitely similar in sound but mostly because of the tone and effects on the guitar, not the riff itself. Makes sense since Thousand Below and Bad Omens have been best friends and work on each others music for pretty their entire careers
@Thomicide oh yeah I know both bands are really good friends and Thousand Below is one of my favorite bands. I definitely prefer their Love You Let Too Close sound though over their recent stuff but I think they did a good job at combining the old with the new on the last album.
