I met a gentle Latvian family in Goa Jan-24. Mr. Davish & Mrs. Vita with their kids Wilson & Everest. They were so gentle and so nice that I will never forget them in my entire life. I wish they could stay in India for forever !!
How Finland can be No. 1 in the ranking after Beijing 2022: Finland 1st, Canada 4th or lower Finland 2nd, Canada 5th or lower Finland 3rd, Canada 7th or lower Finland 4th, Canada 8th or lower Finland 5th, Canada 9th or lower, Russia 2nd or lower
I wouldn’t say “best” I would say most goals scored .. guys like Bossy had his career ended . And guys like Hull left to play in another league .. etc etc
When including the World Championships, the Olympics, and the World Juniors, the gold medal count is: Canada: 38 Russia/USSR: 24 Sweden: 10 USA: 9 Czech Republic: 9 Finland: 8 Slovakia: 1 Great Britain: 1 Notes: -The Stanley Cup playoffs happen at the same time as the World Champs so the Canadian and American teams are no where near the best they could be -Only the World Championship medals since 1992 are included on this list -Great Britain’s gold medal is from the 1936 Olympics which is why they are ranked lower than Slovakia This is as of January 7, 2021

My parents were born in Latvia. I am first generation Canadian born after WWII. This is a beautiful song but the video is now grainy. It would be nice if it could be redone in HD. I watch it and picture my parents lives. It is the only connection to my past...
I remember listening to this song for months after I visited Latvia when I was 15. I spent a whole week in the forests nearby Rite, not far from Daugavpils. Very warm memories. I went back when I was in my early 20s and hitchhiked all of the Baltics. Loved it even more.
Finland would then lose to Canada 5-0 in the 2020 world junior semi-finals, Canada is better you Finnish fool If the semi-finals and the gold medal game in every tournament was a best of 5 or 7, Canada would never lose. And keep in mind that during the world championships, Canada and the USA are playing in the Stanley Cup playoffs so the teams they send are no where near the best they could send
@@senseiwu763 And how many nhl players does Finland have? In the 2018-2019 season Canada had 435 players and Finland had 49. So Canada didn’t have their next top 386 players that Finland did. There are 23 players on a roster, so Finland could have assembled 2 teams that were better than the team they brought, while Canada could have assembled 18 teams that were better than the team we brought. When every team has their best players, Canada rarely loses in regulation, only in overtime or a shootout. I have never seen Finland beat Canada by more than 1 (maybe 2) goals. Yet Canada can beat Finland by 3+ goals almost anytime.
