This entry came out approximately 1 month after Robert Kennedy was murdered. I broke down in tears, 1st time hearing it. I stll have my 45. It was a terrible time for our nation, & the war went on, for 7 horrible more years. A war so terribly useless, & a war we wou;d never, ever, win --------if we were there for a hundred years. ---------RIP, Abraham, Martin, John & Bobby. As an Englishman with some Irish Heritage, I hate how my nation's ruling powers have treated Ireland over the centuries! I'm sympathetic to the idea of a United Ireland!

I live through all of this, and I wouldn't have expected that this nation would have forgotten the sacrifices of so many people who tried to advance this nation for all people. The hate has engulfed this nation. Where are our today's John, Martin, and Robert?
