Hey man i just installed my stage 2 camshaft after installing it started for few minutes and then it stalled and could not start it again, so after looking and checking we loosen the tappet then it started and now there is a bad tappet sound, how did you fix it. Mine is 4v
I always worry when increasing HP - the entire bike has been designed around the original power output figures and even after only travelling 10,000kms on my BS4, I have always found the power of the 411cc sufficient if the gears are used suitably. 6000km on the big bore running rich asf with the rev limit at 9k... Doing strong💯(bad mileage 🤣)...but agree with this dude ^carb+ cam + whatever mods you have in mind makes more sense... 🇦🇺 ♥️ Enjoyed a lotta time in Sydney
You can find nmw racing on Instagram... Had issues with the xpulse 200 maybe my fault or manufacturer ...but loved their kit till I could run it... also have to consider any aftermarket mod requires constant maintenance
Himalayan running great 😃... Xpulse not Soo much had issues with the big bore maybe because of Multiple issues such as tune and because I was harsh with it...

Reliability - could be because of my usage as I was very harsh with it... But the bore has scoring piston is still fine... Acceleration was 20% better bike would redline like a duke... Top speed was 135 at 10k rpm Fuel economy was 30 with the big bore The rest is history that I would wanna forget 🤣
If the factory had wanted it more powerful, then they would have made it so It has been tested for hundreds of thousands of miles. For reliable running. If it is not broken don't fix it. It is what it is , don't waste your money. Big power hike.bigger problem. Leave as is.
