I don't have any Labelgraff products so can't comment on these but OKI customer service in the UK is zero... Yes, 0 unfortunately. I have a few printers that I bought 2nd hand and needed advice with some issues and parts and they never bothered replying emails. Parts would have been around £2-3 k for all of them at least. Sent 5-6 emails and got no replies although I could see that they read/opened the emails. Don't recommend OKI. At least not in the UK.
