Wow, they shipped a new black box that was assembled and not what you expected. It has a fan, on off switch..... that was 12min of absolute struggle and nothing more than an unboxing

G-code is a nominal standard. It shouldn't matter if it's written by Mastercam, or composed in notepad. You'll have to choose your post processor that most closely resembles your particular machine, and then tweak the settings to tune it.
