I am a female of 54 years. Today I had a post op check with a private clinic. My BP was taken on the skin of my left arm whilst it was down. Then I asked her to take it again and I put my arm up above my heart. The systolic was 20 points lower!

Probably strained it, i also had the area over my heart have sharp pain when moving my arm at certain areas, it stopped when i put ice over it. I’m 13 turning 14 soon and wanna make sure I don’t got a heart issue.
I want to really appreciate Dr Igudia for all he did for me during the time I had Hepatitis B disease. His medication made wonders on me and today I’m here healed and healthy to appreciate this doctor. His highly recommended

Update: my heart rate continued to decline. I was down into the 30's, and then down to 23 and 26. Cardiologist put me on a 48 hour pulse monitor and the result was not acceptable and he said a pacemaker was essential in my case . My only symptom was intermittent fatigue, especially in the morning. I now have a pacemaker which alleviates the fatigue. I don't like it protruding from my chest as it does, otherwise it is not an issue. I continue to believe that the beta blockers created this problem and should not have been prescribed. Be aware !
I want to know how to be relieved and to be able to get well. I was diagnosed with acute diverticulitis and I was told to stay away from any seeds. Or fried or greasy foods. I don't feel at this point I'm ready to be on a high fiber diet. The only foods that keep my stomach settled are cream of rice. Or white rice. I had feelings of stuff being too heavy in my stomach. Or else when I eat stuff I have this weak and unsettled feeling. I don't feel as bad as I did when I went to the hospital. But I am still having problems I know I shouldn't be having.
I have a burning stinging pain only on the left, but when i push my ribcage on back, the whole back hurts, i had both discs removed and its been a disaster and im 53 i feel im going to be paralysed soon with degeneration in neck too pain all pain.😢

But what should I do if the doctors here don't really wanna help😢 literally I do have an ulcer but where I live they are really corrupt and don't really care.😢pls tell me what to do because I really don't know anymore.

I am 66.I jog 5 days a week.My heart rate is always below 60.At night while sleeping it drops to 48. But I feel no discomfort .I am very fit and strong.Do not believe these bulshit.😅😅😅
