Hey man. Just wanted to thank you. When I bought my first guitar I've been using default distortion and it sounded awful. I wanted to quit learning guitar and then I found out about tukan plugins. Excellent work. Thank you so much!
I think the name of the plugin has changed. Causes now a bit of a hassle, as I can't load my old FX chain from previous projects, have no old presets... Some pluggins end with (Tukan) and some (Tukan Studios) and this is the difference here as well. I don't know when the actual change as occurred, as I only refreshed recently. Haven't done that for months. EDIT: opened the FX chain in text editor and renamed there. The same has to be done for all the RPP projects I need to revisit.

Hey John , thanks for all the amazing plugins and updates. I work in Film post, and i have been using a lot of tukan stuff in my work. It would be really great if we have something like"Soundminer Radium" for sample manipulation. I haven't found another paid or free alternative to it. :(
John - I'm having trouble with blue lexicon. I set it on a track, a video track, out of the box settings, it's the only FX on the track, only track in the project, no FX on the master. When I render it alternatively crashes Reaper, or it triggers the volume safety on that track and prevents it from playing. After it triggers the volume safety after disabling, reenabling that FX it distorts. It is not a loud track. Of course I can't replicate the problem outside of that project and the project is fairly massive, so not easily shared. I'll continue to try to replicate.
See if you can load this project. It's about as simple and small as I can make it. It uses the VST3 of Blue Lexicon. And while doesn't crash, it puts the track into volume safety mode when i render it.

Thank you for this. I love your videos and plug ins! For some reason the Blue lexicon was not in the Sync packages for me. Tape and everything else was🥺, I'll try again later. In any case thank you so much!! So of course I found it...did not click 'new' ...pure rookie mistake.
Love your plugins, use them often. Blue LexiKan S2 will not function for me. often it will just crash the session. When it does load, It will automatically put the channel into protect Mute, and refuses to unmute. How would you suggest I fix this issue? and where is the best place to communicated these bugs for correction?

You don't have to learn anything, maybe other talented people can take your code and port it to vst? Obviously if you'd allow that. I don't know the technicalities, I'm just a plugin junkie. <3
I'm really new to the whole music making game. I'm a Linux guy and have used Ardour a little, but when I saw Reaper, and at that price!, and the many RU-vid video's for it, I made the switch to Reaper, not knowing anything about jsfx. But when I did... WOW! I feel like it's a same community as in Linux: enthusiasts who like to share. And what an amazing quality! So, John, thank you! About the new Blue Lexicon plug-in: I first thought it sounded weird. Then I saw the Wet button lit. 😅 Explains a lot. I see no presets. Am I missing something? Or are you planning for the future? (As I said: I'm really new to the game and not familiar with what to use when. Presets always then gives me a good start.) Again, thank you immensely for you work on these excellent plug-ins!
