Hello. I have a 7250 small rotor with a standard configuration of 18 10 degrees in front. The combine cannot exceed 3.5 km. Is this the problem? If you replace some 10 degrees with 28 degrees will the rotor unbalance? Thanks
Yes it is.When you key on, press and hold the box with an arrow through it on the A-Pillar for 5 seconds. It'll enter a sub menu.Scroll down to enable all the features. This is assuming that the tractor was purchased with the capability to do this, otherwise it's a software upgrade via your dealer.
These new tractors have crappy electronics. these things can have a dead battery and trip a code for anti tampering checksum everything on the machine has to be re calibrated and engine data set has to be re registered there are always electrical issues with datasets and anti tampering. No one needs all this crap case screwed up with they had to leave the teir 3 tractors electronics were way easier so much user friendly. with SCR system on these machines if you do not work them hard enough on a near day to day basis the doc chamber for the scr system which is what the def is injected into to mix with the exhaust. the def will crystallize inside the chamber and it will derate the engine until chamber is removed and cleaned. And there is so many other things that makes these just a money trap .And by god Do not buy electronic remotes among est many other issues
Puma Lite a Puma without the bells and whistles and like all Case machines it will do the job in the field but if its main task is road work i wouldnt take it for nothing ,Puma cab suspension is probably the worst i have ever driven sea sickness pills should come as standard equipment ,the electronic clutch gives no feed back in your foot holding the tractor on the clutch at a junction or on an incline is a task in its self . Transmission wise the full power shift is slow to change and on ones ive driven had a nasty habit of jumping off certain gears even though it had been recalibrated numerious times . The ergonomics also could do with some work i think i have average size hands but the positioning of the shuttle lever means i cant reach the indicator stalk without taking my hand off the wheel and talking of indicators they cant put in a relay that clicks to remind you the indicator is on but they can install an annoying buzzer for when you forget to cancel them . This is just one mans opinion of course having sent many hours doing field work with one once you master the computer in the higher spec models they are a joy to work .
