A fantastic local bus company of 111 years service and it was run into the ground in just a couple of years by the depot manager Brain Stevenson. What an incompetent wally! 💀
Good to see the Omnicity. I've always thought they were a pretty decent integrated vehicle and actually looked rather good. Just liked their styling and proportions somehow. Sorry to see them go before the Dekka's, despite the fact they were newer.
My partner and I went to Jersey back in August for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. We were very fortunate because they had the warmest weather in years, so the locals told us, and our visit included 'The Battle Of Flowers' which was amazing. I would advise anyone to take in a coach trip around the Island, it is so lovely. We also took a day trip from St. Helier across to St. Malo in France on the Condor Voyager which was great too. There is lots of places to shop, eat and drink and the people were very friendly and helpful to us, so I would have no problem recommending anyone to try Jersey for a holiday 😊

The buses in Iceland especially the buses in Reykjavik look lovely nice and clean and are safe. The buses in all the major cities here in Australia are filthy disgusting dangerous and are full of meth addicts and all kinds of low life scum. There is a lot of anti social behaviour on the buses and trains in all of the major cities here in Australia and in all the major cities here in Australia the bus drivers have to be behind cages because there has been a lot of assaults committed against bus drivers in all the major cities here in Australia.
Thank you to whom has ever posted this video. I am now in my mid forties and have used Halton transport buses since I was a child. I am so sad and upset that this bus company will no longer be operating. For me, now bus travel in this borough will not be the same. I also feel sorry for the staff members losing their jobs and hope they will find new employment soon.
According to the BBC and local news sources Halton Transport will cease to trade bringing to a close just short of 111 years of service, initially as Widnes Corporation from 1909 until 1974.
