I had skin CA on my lower eyelid. After a Moh's surgery, I lost 1/2 my eyelid including my tear duct. I'm going to have a 3rd surgery because of the lumpiness on my lower lid. I will have a LL blepharoplasty. I asked my doctor if there was such a thing as a mesh lining that could be placed under my eyelid to smooth it out. She didn't mention these implants. Don't know if she knows about them. Can you get these in the Phoenix area? I think this would work great for me. I'm worried the fluid will build up again after another blepharoplasty. Dr I have blow fracture in orbital floor which is repaired using titanium mesh and dr said that I should let medial heal on its own . Medial wall fracture has right orbit with focal bulging of right orbital fat in right ethmoid sinus. Size of defect shown in ctscan is 5mm and defect size shown in mri is 14mm axial plane. And even after surgery my eye is sunken more . Its been 23 days of surgery. What should I do ? Does my sunken eye will ever heal?🥲
Do you think the patient would have also benefited from upper eyelid surgery as well? To get rid of excess eyelid? This is similar to what I would love to get done
if ur the man on the channel DONT get upper eyelid surgery, i suggest u getting canthoplasty and then based on the results get upper eyelid surgery if u want
