Nearly broke the pen because I was so confident that I had a good grip. Ended up trying the glove method, worked right away lol. I was one surgical glove away from breaking the pen and maybe my teeth 🤣
Sorry for a stupid question. The printer came with 0.94 tape. I was hoping to print more narrow - say 0.47 inch - labels. Namely, that the printer will just cut them horrifically no make more narrow, just like it cuts it vertically before each new label. But i could not make it work. Every time i say more narrow width, i get the error message that the width i selected does not match the tape i have. Is this correct? I and stuck with same 0.94 width labels? Unless i buy more narrow tape?
Question to anyone out there -- who else has used builder base or gel polish to fix things around the house? LOL. My latest is that I filled a gap on a plastic lid for my Contigo water bottle where something hot must have been against it and melted a little dent into the plastic!!
Can we plan multiple labels and then print all at once? For example, type in onions, potatoes, canned goods, sauces and then print all 4 labels at one time? It takes quite a while waiting for each label to print if I have to do them just one at a time.
I have had mine for quite a few years... and afraid to even bring it out and try it. You made it look so simple... should have looked you up 2 years ago.. I'm going to have fun. thanks
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I bought empty cuticle oil pens and did not manage to open them and gave up. I tried opening and filling the pens after watching your video. It worked 😊 and my cuticles are so happy now!
Yes! Thank you! All gel products have the potential to cause allergies with repeated exposure. You definitely need to be cautious when using them and try to keep them off your skin.
If you don’t need to file and buff, you can do a top coat right over the builder gel. If you need to file and buff, then do a layer of base coat then top coat. Hope that helps!
@@TheNailNerdJournal thanks for the quick reply! Does the 5pt font come out clear and sharp? I am trying to print small stickers to put on my camera gear
@@whobutni I think it depends on what font you use but I’m sure you could find one that would work. I haven’t printed anything that small but I have noticed that some of the fonts are more legible than others when doing smaller print.
