I had a catheter ablation last week and in the two months leading up to it I must have asked the providers five times what the percentages were of different complications. I never did get a straight answer. I was mostly asking about the chances of needing a Foley catheter and how often do patients wake up with the drainage tube because of cardiac effusion.
