Patrick Buzo believes conversation is key to solving the mysteries of life. Through Maze to Eden Patrick tries to start conversations about hidden issues, subjects so inflammatory that they'd ruin a dinner with close friends. While the lyrics are important, the music is just as important and can be enjoyed without being focused on the lyrics.
The music is complex, just like the subjects at hand. The songs are long, just like the conversations they encourage.
Maze to Eden evolves just like Patrick, just like life. The new single Doctrine marks a big step in Patrick's compositional character and the upcoming album will be a milestone in Patrick's career and for Maze to Eden.
Thanks for checking out the library! One thing about dual mode is that it does play separate samples for left and right, so you can actually just use dual mode, load up a neural DSP plugin and set that to stereo and you should be good. That's what I usually do for sections that left and right guitars both play the same notes. Then if you want to have left and right play different things like harmonies you can have one track set to guitar 1 and the other set to guitar 2 and they will play different samples, so you don't have to pitch anything. Hope that helps!
Well what is your goal? If you want to have millions of listeners you would probably have to make more commercial / easy music no? Who are you making the music for with what goal?
This was a really good interview, hit a lot of major points. I really wish policy makers would listen more to things like this and get better outcomes for everybody.
And when a young male is seduced and groomed by one he's a stud and when a grown Male does it to a little girl or even a teenage girl he's a creep and she's a victim............
Yes it is a real question. Not because anyone doubts that there are female pedophiles but because there's not much research around this topic. for women to interact with children is socially more accepted and so it takes society a bit longer to grasp the idea that there are female pedophiles as well
@@mazetoeden9334 it seems like common sense , because men dont have access to children like that , and most molested is by people they know not strangers its propaganda to blame men if you dont understand how society works or psychology your questions lead to nowhere useful, because there i research you might not know how to find it is all look thru history, they also don't mentioned women's sexuality like that back then but doesn't mean they don't have it , even if it was reported in older research that women don't have a sexuality and were just hysterical, because they didn't want to view them as sexual being akin to whores nobody wanted to have a child with a whore let alone be a respectable title in society
@@Heyokasireniei468sxso yes women's sexuality is still quite a new thing in science and research. I'm sure we'll be learning much more about that in the future

Even after this interview. good one fyi. A treatment plan? They have a broken mind. I know how to deal with it. Ever heard of xanax or Lyrica? They need alot of pills, fuck it if they die to soon. Lyrica and xanax
@@marabo12 I believe they try to stay away from medication in therapy if they can. Some patients need them, not to reduce the sexdrive, but often they suffer from severe depression and they want to combat that depression with some medication...
I don't need any medications. I have an attraction, not some powerful urge, and my drive is very low. I'm in my 50s and still a virgin and not a danger.
@@mazetoeden9334 look buddy…..you should not have commented on the original video asking what I thought about your eyes. As you can see i’m not fucking around…….and now I’ve obviously become a problem for you. This is the type of backlash and treatment you can expect from people when you talk the way do you about monsters. Perhaps your intentions are good. But mine are not. I want to do very bad things to pedophiles, and most people agree with me. There is no grey area. Kill them all.
I like the sound of Maze to Eden. I like the look of the band. I like the well thought out name of the band. I like that the band’s lyricist is one of ambition! Heavy task: condensing a complex work of literature into a song. The Ones who Walked Away from Omelas. It’s been a long time since I’ve read that one. The better science fiction writers have a way of engaging the readers’ intellect; making us pay attention by hitting us with an emotional punch to the gut. Harlan Ellison was a master at it. So was Robert Silverberg, and of course Ursula K. Le Guin. Like all great literature, Leguin’s story is layered and open to interpretation. The band brought out the main point of the story: What are people willing to do, and/or ignore in order to achieve and maintain a given level of pleasure? Who should suffer so others can gain? The message can apply to sociology, ecology, economics... When I first read the story I saw the child as a metaphor for the planet earth and how we are ignoring what’s being done to it so we can have all our modern conveniences. The exploitation of second class citizens also comes to mind. Then there's child exploitation... Oh yeah, pretty good idea to reference The Matrix. I believe it helps to reach an audience that may not have been exposed to Le Guin. I really can’t wait to hear more from this band: Maze to Eden.
What a pleasure it was to read your comment! I actually don't remember how I stumbled across Ursula K leGuin.. I think I was just looking for stories that explored morality and the ones who walk away from Omelas really stood out to me
