Hi, Thank you for your message. After water break exercise depends on Many things like the amount of leakage, baby condition and other medical conditions too This time Gynaecologist will decide how to move on.if exercise are contraindicated that time then we can stay in forward lean position or any upright position that will facilitate dilatation
