We hire company drivers or drivers interested in doing a lease purchase, and we service all 48 states. Our positions require 2 years out of the last 3 over the road experience to qualify. So far trucks nice doing the lease purchase and u only get the blanket with new trucks not used ones do kinda downside but at least got soft memory foam mattress
@@TRUCKERWILLY98 The only way it can know if you have anything in your hand is if it is on lol. I assume you mean "recording" and you can not say that either since they don't own that system. The company that actually receives the data is the ones that see it before anyone else and they can do what ever they want with it. It's why Tesla is being sued right now since a disgruntled employee released a bunch of 'private' footage online while announcing to the world they watch it in the office all the time. However it still does not benefit the driver in anyway. Only the company. Some say, "what if you get into an accident that's not your fault and they say you were texting? The camera can prove that wrong." And the simple response to that is, the front facing camera can show if the driver even had time to react or not, as well as other things. The only thing that employee focused cameras do is prove the company that installed them do not trust their employees. At their job, or otherwise, else they would give the employee the option to turn them off or at the very least cover the lens focused on them. Personal privacy is a fundamental part of freedom. You should always fight for freedom.
You want better fuel economy I suggest getting rid of that ridiculous “fuel saving” program on the trucks and going back to fuel bonuses. When the driver benefits from better fuel economy, they will slow down and idle less. The driver wins and the company wins. Just a suggestion.
Flat tires. Man o man. That's not good. That's actually very scary. If that tire breaks free from the truck it could go thru a windshield and kill someone. Please, please check your stuff. It only takes, 5 minutes tops, to do walk around. Happy Holidays. Have fun, be safe. 😊
Don’t forget the safety lock on the rear of the trailer for the doors. Don C once asked me if I did I said no. He said an empty trailer is just as valuable as an loaded one. I use mine all the time now
Been here 7 months love the company...but being trans most ppl turn their nose up at me..nobody has in the office but some drivers have so if I don't talk to ppl it's not personal it's something I been dealing with since I was young....I was at a shipper last week with another christenson drive sat down next to him..he gets up sits down across the room not a hi how's yours day nothing...I promise you can't catch trans by talking to us it doesn't work that way..
