CNC Property Services was established in June 2009 in Shoreditch, East London. The company has grown its portfolio by 5 times in the past 3 years and continue receiving positive feedbacks from our landlords and tenants. CNC management team is made of professionals from France, UK, Portugal and Taiwan. We are described as a young, friendly, reliable, and professional agency by our tenants from the latest customer satisfaction survey.

Based on the statistics in Winter 2012, our tenants are from 41 nationalities (mostly from Europe) and has 70: 30 Student to Professional Ratio. We currently have many student tenants from LSE, KCL, UCL, Goldsmiths, Queen Mary University of London and UAL. Most of our professional tenants are either British or French working in the City. CNC Property Services aims to provide international students and young professionals a brand new experience in London with reasonable rent and professional flat management services.
