My Idea Behind this Channel is just to be a place where I can share the Day To Day Life as a Reseller. Weekly Live Streams are the Main Goal allowing us to Interact with You All and Give a Place to Come Hang Out, Ask Questions, Talk About Topics from Our Day to Day Lives and just be Able to Connect with having a Common Interest, Reselling.
Will Also be Posting Reels and Videos as well, but the Main Focus for Now will be the Live Streams.

New here. I enjoy long term content just to listen while work. And I was in B&B when he 1st rolled out but my capital wasn’t where it needed to be out to hang. Is the call outs worth it for eBay only? Not interested in Amazon anymore.
Thanks for Checking Out the Channel! Most of the people over there are eBay only now. A majority of the Call Outs these days are geared to eBay now and the sales and other stuff posted have been killing it for me personally.

Will your sourcing methods have to change for your website inventory since you are going for a specific look instead of say eBay where any hat is listable? Reseller
Honestly no because what I source now is works for both. Now I may focus on Adding some teams I normally may not purchase so I can have a wider variety.

Of course missed the stream by about 20 minutes :D Sales were very slow, but I was mainly closed anyways. Dormer is installed by now, have the drawer cabinets up again, but as a temporary solution. Did upload while the store was closed and officially hit my milestone of >100.000 items. Would be great to see some videos on designing your new storage room/warehouse, as well as a timelapse maybe of getting it al build and filled up. :) Always love the design and execution of setting up new warehouses. Love the website, it's just a shame that hats are not really a thing here in the Netherlands. Nor are bin stores, and we don't have the massive clearances either.

Right now Im buying them from Granger, If you have one local they have some of the best prices when you pickup in store but there shipping cost are high if not. If not Local, Stapels is my next stop that tend to be close to the lowest prices and they include free shipping. I have a link in the Description for the Ones I order from Staples.
The platforms I use have full transparency on average sales and average current listing prices. A lot of people think they can make quick money, so they start the Lego parts reselling business, then they discover it's a lot of work and sell their product off quickly, which reduces the average sales prices. It's a downward trend, which I'm now trying to break by no longer listing under the average, but on the average instead. It does cost sales, but when I do sell it's more profit. I know the feeling building up inventory, but in my case that's an improvement, as the more items you have, the sooner they come to your store to avoid shipping cost elsewhere. Space is not an issue here yet though :D
Gotta love Mondays, even if they are Wednesdays :) But I have days like this too. I'm selling nearly 10k different items, stored in about 2k storage locations, who get moved occasionally. So if something is not on the right location, I always slightly panic. One of the platforms I can see how many shopping carts are open. Whenever I close the store (there's no actual vacation mode), I can see the amount of shopping carts drop immediately, so there's definitely a decrease there. Changing the delivery date has less of an impact, but listings might not be shown on the top in that case.
I've been struggling with the moving items and forgetting to update the skus.... Huge Pain when that item sells and your hunting for it trying to find where you put it haha Can make any day feel like a Monday forsure!
Speaking about down times, I'm clearing the attic, removing the plaster boards etc. since we'll get a dormer installed in two weeks. It's my home office and my store where all the Lego is stored. I kept it closed for a day or so, and am now picking from the bedroom :D
I'm really hoping I can get in contact with them to try and figure it out but so far all I get is the Loop Around back to the Email that's supposed to tell me what the issue is but doesn't. Fingers Crossed To Be Back On there Again Soon
Yea, Seems to be the case. This weeks sales have come up to about what it was before the Vaca. Just gotta keep putting in the effort and it'll come back!
It was a slightly slower week, but nothing out of the ordinary for me. Normally May is my slowest sales month of the year, as people tend to start their outdoor activities around this time. This is the best May ever for me. But I'm not in serious numbers just yet. Your own website is an interesting concept, curious to see how that will work, and how you would sync the adds with Ebay or other platforms. I do have my own domain, but just link it to the platform at the moment.
I like the linking your own domain to your platform! Never thought of this but it could be a easier way to refer people vs trying to have them search the platform for your name.
@@DelKoResells As soon as I have more to put onto that website, I'll launch it and direct them to the different platforms. Although they might end up finding better deals at my competitors, especially with the Lego parts business :D
For marketplace listings, I will typically try to list x listings a day. I don't use those too often though, as my main focus is on Lego parts as you know by now. Of course I'm watching the entire replay :D Careful with your voice though!
It can happen but depends on what you bought as for the sizes. Larger Cleats still tend to do well (Even then 14s and 15s if there Football Cleats) but others just might take a lot longer to sell.
I'm not into shoes yet, but fun to watch you go through the isles, quite relaxed music on the side as well. Love the pulled up sold listings while you described it, appreciate that effort!
I rarely go to Burlington, but when I do I find the "name" brands theyare on low quality level. For example all their sneakers are of low quality regardless of whether Nikes or skechers. Not much resell value.
