Tahoe has some very beautiful and scenic bike trails ....The only drawback with this trail here is its only 3 miles long....There are a few longer just as scenic rides to be had also...Tahoe City to Sugar Pine Point state park comes to mind on west shore....Also , alot of the paved trails will give you access to more challenging dirt trails which Tahoe as an abundance of ....

where did you park? where did you skin up? I parked in the normal spot to access echo peak and hiked that then traversed ridge to angora peak. it was pretty hairy and took about 4 1/2 hours.
go up tahoe mtn rd. and park up there. go up the ridge and then along it til the parking lot for angora lakes, and go up and down and back up (not bad uphill skin track) and ski out (usually go to Mule deer and get a ride)
