Im assuming the original creator of the recipe chose to name it this due to the ingredients and not the method of baking. It is still very delicious regardless if it is crisp or not!
How is it pure sugar? Everything I use except the milk is sugar free? I understand this may not be your ideal coffee but that doesn’t mean others can’t like something different.
Thank you for your comment but traditionally a cappuccino is just steamed milk and espresso. What I have is a Caramel Macchiato which is caramel drizzle, vanilla syrup mixed in with either the milk or the coffee, espresso traditionally, and than the milk with another caramel drizzle on top.
