The place to discover more about 928 PASSION. True, not everyone's favourite Porsche, but an informed choice for those who prefer a more mature and sophisticated Porsche, complete with V8 soundtrack. Launched in 1977 and winning the European Car of The Year Award in 1978, the 928 evolved from GT Cruiser into a real supercar with the final GTS evolution. Enjoy these mainly British 928s...
Young men Listen up . This man is what a genuine Hero looks and sounds like , copy him 100 percent . Maybe ignore his orange fettish . Bloody brilliant.
I've just fitted the latest WoodyPeck 928 Front and Rear Light sets to one of my 928s (31 July 2022). Really impressed with the finished results. I will order a complete second set for my other 928 in the near future. Steve Jones has been a pleasure to work with.

Awesome discussion on the 928. Here's a fascinating look at a pure 928 enthusiast The 928 Midnight Rider ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_am8DPam0gc.html
My 928S (1986) was always temperamental in starting. One day it started ok, one day I had to crank it many many times. My mechanic gave up since it was such a hard problem to pinpoint (we replaced fuel pump, accumulator, cleaned injectors, crank sensor, cold start valve, plugs, timing belt service. Spent thousands but it still would not start consistently. My 911SC starts OK every day and any day of the month.
Thank you chaps and hello from South Africa. About to collect my 1978 Guards red manual non sunroof 928. It’s been checked and declared in very good condition. Very excited! My second Porsche but first 928.
777 vues...pfff je me demandais si j'allais pas plutôt la faire de cette couleur...j'ai ça en stock... et avec le noir, les détails de finition ne ressortiront pas...
Despite the close ups I for one really enjoy your videos, thank you for taking the time and energy to piece them together. Your passion for all things 928 comes across and you ask good questions of those you speak to. Hope to see you at a meet up sometime soon, I have recently restored my late Great Uncles beloved 83 black on black. Long live the shark :)
My '88 928S4 has the five speed manual transmission, couldn't imagine it with an automatic. That would ruin the whole personality of the machine, and not for the better
I’m hoping Porsche will do homage to the 928 and bring it back...perhaps in the form of a 2-door Panamera platform...in facts it’s odd that Porsche does not have a 2-door front engine car.
we do not have an s4 here you can tell that by the front wings, my father had an s2 and S4 in the 80s thats clearly a GT 90s car , they are not not 185 cars either may be 165 with a wind
S4 and up (5Spd) is what i'd like. ....that being said I missed out a 90 GT, I was sort of "out bid" by someone in Vancouver (I live in Canada) Can't beat someone spending almost 60 Grand, and a few more hundred grand (450 in total for 2 early 911 turbos). I still wonder why they have such a heavy gas peddle. the steering I can handle. but still!
I wonder if the one driven by Jeremy Clarkson is the one that he said he was so fond of because it was fast enough to get him to see his father before he passed...
