Block skirt serves on real purpose ....... just makes the bankers think no one can drive away with the house . Block skirt does not hold the house up ... serves no structural purpose. If siding is ok for the house it should be ok for he skirt. in this case there is already a slab to rest the siding skirt on. Bankers think the public is made of money ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
