Tvs ntorq is not for any area brother. Bike went in the 4th time. They change the whole gearbox on 4th tjme. Best part is 5th time, they opened a new gear box to fix a washer. That's when I decided enough of patience and gave them two options of a full replacement bike or refund . Their head engineer from tvs had suggested on August 11 to change the whole engine as it would be a sure option. That time I was ok for it. But after this on Monday 2nd September when they suggested that, I clearly communicated not working for me . Either a replacement or refund. I said I have been extremely patient and calm and never put things out in social media as it's not my way. I have sent them a email to sort it out amicably and both parties have a fair settlement. I had proof from my very first call to the sales guy for the bike and email to them for registering it soon and will want to do the first service by 20 August and ship it to himachal on 23 or 25. All this was clearly communicated pre purchase. I even ordered for a front mudguard for the bike incase it got transit damaged in the truck. So my intentions were clear. Last part I told them is now to be frank...recovering my money is my tertiary objective....my primary and secondary will be something else because idc for my loss . But I'll make sure tvs takes a major hit on their brand and sales. I was to send them a legal notice...plus send all call and chats, emails photos and videos to asy and prateek singh you tube channels, also send it to people decision makers to reconsider tvs for collaboration with esteemed organisations especially in June July 2025. Plus i had taken numbers and vehicle numbers of grieving customers with serious issues when I visited the service centre twice. They were like we don't have a refund norm. I said I'll make sure it becomes a norm and your company law is second to law of the land. All on cl plus wahts app chat. Plus a lot other ways. They should understand there are customers who buy vehciles on emis and it's hard earned.
Actually, problem new model bs6 engine ke sath hai. Purani carburettor engine ka RPM aap set kar sakte ho 800 . but new bs6 main throttle body hai jisme RPM aap nahi set kar sakte. By default 1200 set rehta hai. Jiski wajah se idle condition per bhi engine High rpm pe ghum raha hota hai aur heat generate jyada karta hai. Agar RPM 800 ho jaye to boot heating issue solve ho jayega.
Maine hero xoom li hai usse jada vibration kisi me nahi. 4 mahine hue hai liye muje. Fuel indicator sahi nahi tha. Full tank me bhi 4 bar dikhata tha 5 ki wajah. Fuel sensor change karana pada. Phir ek din achanak horn switch kharab ho gaya. Phir milege 25 aara tha to dekha ki piche ka wheel jam hai thoda. Aaj service center walo ne bola wheel me tal hai rim replace hoga. Combi brake kam nahi raha tha wo thik karaya. 3 din agar scooty na chalao to battery down hojata hai thoda dimag lagaya seat ke diki me mobile ka video recording on karke seat band kiya to pata chala seat close karne par light off hi nahi ho rahi. To Uska jugad lagaya aur uss switch ke upar ek cloth rakh diya fold karke aab wo thoda ucha hogaya to seat close karne se light off ho rahi.

Bhai same issue tha meri scooty k saath bhi....toh agr abhi tk moisture ki wajah se meter kharab nhi huwa hai toh service centre jao ₹250 ka meter glass replace krdenge..
Mera activa125 bs6 2021 model hay abhi tak chal chuki hay 13220km.. ak bar battery dead hua tha.11000 km pay tab battery tha Exide battery .. showroom nay mugha diya TATA BATTERY prize RS.1600.. 2sal ka warranty diya hay..Tata kay battery achcha hota hay kiya??? Please bol do??
