I read this manga because I thought it was a hentai about masturbation, which it's my favorite type of hentais. It ended up being more than that, it's an incredible good story, and it stills has that sexy appel that mangas have. It's a must for everyone who loves mangas.
Nice to hear myself mentioned in this episode, tell Based I asked if any of you play magic the gathering because lots of nerds play that. Gear are you ever going to give up Manga completely and go over to Novels completely?
I'm confused guys, I thought Gear said Apollo was on this episode, but I just kept hearing these annoying beeping throughout the whole episode and there was this weird blurry section in the middle left of the screen...I think I might have a computer virus!
most battle shonen have no stakes so Dr. Stone really isnt different in that aspect. but it works for this series. it has always been a over the top series where crazy stuff happens. same reason why Jojo works for me although jojo has more stakes. i actually like how theres no typical bad guy character including the main "antagonist". a typical battle shonen would have that though. the last arc was rushed but i still liked it, including the conflicts and Why man's character. it was different than other series. best arc was still south america arc. this series is just unique whole way through to me. i'm still taking this series over most shonen. i dont even like shonen anymore other than sports manga
It was also adapted into a live action film. For that matter, two shorter manga by the same author have also been adapted into live action films: "Shino Can't Say Her Name" and "Sweet Poolside". _(I liked both of these mangas.)_ It seems that the live action media is better for adapting his stories.
Damn, a Based-less world has truly been the good timeline. The king of L takes returns to curse us all and disrespect the goats of shonen for being either dead or disabled.
I think that Gear is left and Based Kohai should be meaner! Also Apollo might want to consider some mouth wash since I imagine he still has the taste of Toriyama in his throat.
Great review! Kaguya is not only consistently funny and entertaining, but I found it to be deeply, deeply moving, as well. Kaguya has to be my favorite character currently. Her journey was profoundly touching
7:24 I don't know about that Gear. First Shrug reads Dragon Ball, then Toriyama passes and now Shrug is having Satan's kid!? Clearly there is a pattern happening here and I am 99.9% sure that Apollo is happy about it.
I've fully moved on from reviewing manga the way I used to and on this channel. I appreciate it though and I will be making a proper manga video (on Library) once I finish Fire Force!
What's funny is that people in Japan don't seem to have this weird turmoil about demographics. They just read or watch what they want, I feel a lot of people from Japan wouldn't understand what people in the West are tripping on.
I'm sure Apollo will be alright, he can make all his money back playing "The Boulder" in Avatar season 2. I couldn't think of a better casting choice with his extensive experience working as Trump's personal body guard.
He's not on every podcast and will probably be on again in the future. He deleted his social media cause he didn't want it anymore but is still active in my Discord.
With the movie trend I can't wait till they make a Naruto Shippuden movie since if you take out all the filler there is only about 2 hours of original content. Also to be fair to Shrug while Oshi no Ko is pretty weird and mysterious, it would be seen as fairly mundane when compared to observing Apollo, so in reality he just didn't see what all the hype was about. Glad to see that Gear has finally grown up and realized that ForneverWorld is a true gentlemen's AniTuber.
Well, in MHA for a series that has so many short arcs, it has too many characters. and Horikoshi is trying to use all the characters, so it's not hard to understand why this arc is so long.
