Certain people who were tested positive, then negative and were released back into the public got re-tested positive again and were taken back by the government to supposedly isolate them again and do whatever they do to them hopefully, to help them. Only God knows, and only He, can touch the human heart to uphold and respect the diginity and sanctity of human life. Plus, He is the best "Healer." Pray unceasingly. Here in some states in The U.S, people are being adviced and encouraged to stay home and volunteerily isolate themselves for 14 days if they felt sick, especially if they are experiencing the Corona symptoms. Then, eventually call their personal doctors for check ups. I think, that's the best practice to avoid Corona misdiognosing/mistesting which can be dangerous. Blessed are those who hope in the Lord. We are pilgrims in this world passing through: our destination is heaven. Young, or old, sick, or healthy, once God calls, we go! We must make sure, we are ready spiritually, once our Heavenly Creater and Father called for us out of this world, and that is our mission and goal as Christians. We must not be afraid of death, for death, is an entrance into eternal life with Christ, and that is our profession as followers of Jesus Christ, as Christians. This world will end sooner, or later. Are we ready? God can call us tomorrow, or in the next minute, are we ready? We must be more concerned about our spiritual death than our physical and earthly death. Didn't the Bible warn us about the signs of the second coming? Isn't an outspread of diseases, one of those signs? Please, Christians must be vigilant and have hope in Christ. While Communism doesn't believe in life after earthly death, Christians, or those who have been baptized as Christians do. On another note, influenza has killed more people in the world than The Chinese Corona Disease. Here in the U.S alone, each year, it took more than 35, 000 people. However, it didn't hit the news media like it did with the Corona Virus mainly because the U.S didn't burn those infected with influenza like the Chinese Communist Government did with their citizens who were infected with the Corona Virus. U.S Government is Democracy. Chinese Government is Communism, which lacks respect for the dignity and sanctity of human life; and speaking about respecting and upholding the dignity of human life, to die naturally from sicknesses and diseases has nothing to do with disrespecting the dignity of human life. That's natural death, not murder like abortion, shooting, or stabbing someone, or burning to death a Corona disease infected sick person like what recently took place in China with the Corona Virus. Keep praying FSM. God is in control!!!

Good Morning The Federated States of Micronesia. I know it is early in the evening on our islands, but it's early in the morning over here, henceforth, "Good Beautiful Morning, especially to our FSM Congress." I was just reading through some of the dialogue between certain Congress members and President Panuelo's office regarding the nation's economic devastation at this time of Covid 19. The Honorable Congressman from Kosrae brought up a good point about The President jumping the gun with the "Travel ban, etc." and that there is progress taking place in dealing and ending the Corona Virus dilemma, but such progress doesn't attrack the secular news, of course. The news focuses on the negative and depressing part of the Corona Virus disease to make it entertaining and attractive. It is their profession. My B.A was in Secondary Education: English Language Arts which includes journalism, where I learned the news can be bias big time! Many times, they were sued in court but could care less. They twist and exaggerate the truth and focus mainly on the negative side of the coin for entertainment purposes. Unfortunately, by so doing, they encourage more and more harm and danger in the life of our youth and in the world in general. If a youth was doing well, they won't put it on the news. Yet, the minute he committed a crime, he was all over the news. From there, more and more youth begin to commit crimes, so they can be famous with their names all over the news; so I truly appreciated the point given by the Honorable from Kosrae. He was right. There are scientists, physicians, professors, etc. working together to end this Corona Virus nonsense which is becoming to be political. Yet, no news reporter is interested in such. As a matter of fact, from my perspective, it was already politically founded in its very essence, China v.s U.S. ..and the more it's carrying on and unfolding, the clearer the picture is. Do you think China leans toward Democrats or Republicans? Well, one thing I am sure of is The Chinese government and Communist leaders don't like President Trump. It has to do with inferiority. It has to do with willpower, money, moral values, etc. It is election year for the presidency of the U.S. First, Democrats wanted to impeach him. Well, did they win the impeachment? No! Now, suddenly Chinese laboratory Corona Virus, which is turning out to lean toward and becoming to be to the advantage of the Democrats and their political stance and agendas. I am sure you all know what I mean since you are all politicians. How about FSM Executive branch and Legislative branch? Who is playing dirty politics? Or is anyone playing dirty politics? I read President Panuelo's comment about rotating meetings in the FSM states as a way to make up for the loss economy due to this Chinese man-made fake Corona Virus. How so if the money is not there? What money are you going to spend? He sounds sarcastic. Is he referring to Congress 3rd Special Session that took place in Chuuk? Then he had to also pointed out, Blue Lagoon Resort is temporarily shut down. Who owns Blue Lagoon Resort? Does he? Is it a Congressman from Chuuk? Is it owned by Chuuk State? What about Pohnpei? Aren't those Tourist Resorts in Pohnpei undergoing any financial distress at this time? Why didn't he use one of them as an example? Why did he have to use Blue Lagoon Resort? Is it his? Back to Corona Virus. Why did I call it fake? Well, that is my own logical conclusion after observing what is going on in the world; in China where it started, here in the U.S, over there between the national and state Executive and Legislative branches, same old, same old, Chuukese vs. Pohnpeian nonsense...vice versa...here with Democrats v.s Republicans nonsense...vice versa...etc. Prayer is needed. We must beg God to intervene...human life is at stake, yet, China doesn't care, Democrats don't care, after all, they are like Communist government leaders, don't care about the fundamental right to life; and how about FSM Executive branch? I am sorry to say, but this Chinese Laboratory-made Virus (Chinese Political Corona Virus) must be called Chinese/Democrats political will-power Corona Increase! Not disease. I mean, hundreds of thousands died of influenza, Ebola, and the bird flu; yet, it didn't hit the news and closed down and locked up countries, states, etc. like it is happening now with this mysterious Chinese political Corona free Cash flowing increasingly disease. This political Chinese Corona is now leaning toward The Democrat's public agendas. Why don't we just call it "Free Money laziness disease?" How about "Chinese/Democrats Political Power disease?" Yes, that sounds better. May God help government leaders around the world to love Him and serve Him above all things, for only then will they serve and love their people genuinely. I mean, the person who was known from the very beginning of this Chinese Corona Virus as the scientist who works for the government of China who created this virus in their laboratory is dead, supposedly from being infected with the virus. What? She created it, which means, she also should know how to prevent herself from getting infected. Did she really die from it, or is the Chinese Communist Government responsible for her death to cover up the truth of the whole Corona Virus dilemma? Well, only God knows. We must keep begging God to intervene. He is more powerful than any scietific and political power.
I wished, we could hear those discussions during short recess. Speaking about the Conora Virus emergency situation and needed expenditures, etc. FSM should communicate with The U.S, for under the Compact, FSM should be eligible for some sort of emergency financial assistanship on account of this Conora Virus outbreak under Healthcare and environmental disasters like typhoons, etc. for the outbreak of life threatening diseases, such as the Conora Virus should fall under the same category as environmental disaster emergency, and of course it is a healthcare issue. FSM Congress and administration should reach out to the U.S Congress and administration under the Compact provision on healthcare and environmental emergency funds. U know U.S Congress has recently appropriated an emergency fund particularly for the Conora Virus and its anticipated aftermath, etc. Eventhough, FSM is blessed not to have any case of the Conora Virus, as we speak, under the Compact provision, FSM is entitled for healthcare and environmental disaster emergency funds as needed in anticipation of the unknown. Anyway, that is my own understanding and interpretation of the terms of our Compact under healthcare and natural disaster emergencies. I am sure The U.S won't turn The FSM down, or neglect its responsibility under the Compact Constitution agreement at this crucial moment of life threatening disease and uncertainity of the Conora Virus which is sky-rocketing the whole world and putting it at a standstill!
Move the airfield to Amwes. While Ta is too thin, Amwes is thicker than all of the islands in the Mortlocks just like Namoluk itself. The airfield should be relocated to either Amwes, or Namoluk. :) :) ....by the way, did I hear Guam wanting to deport all.of the compact citizens? Do we still have a consulate's office in Guam? How about The FSM Embassy in D.C? Is it still there? I am interested to know where they stand. I have a lot of family members who relocated to Guam in search of jobs and education to support their families. I also know, for a fact that most of those Compact citizens in Guam are there searching for ways to improve their family lives economically. Are they going to be penalized, for the wrong doings of a few? How do The FSM Embassies in Guam and in D.C feel about that? Is that fair? Why not deporting only those who cause troubles? Plus, personally, I feel it is unconstitutional for Guam to deport all of the Compact Citizens from the soil of Guam, U.S.A. Such deportation would violate the "Law," of the Compact we have with The U.S. I can sue the government of Guam for deporting my family members for no "Legal," reason. The Compact we have with The U.S allows FSM citizens to go to Guam, go to school, live, and work with the understanding that if they violated any law in Guam, then it is within Guam's government's jurisdiction to deport them; however, if they were good and law-abiding Compact citizens, respecting and abiding by the laws of Guam, then it is unjust for the government of Guam to deport them. Those COFA citizens are there under the power of the Compact we have with The U.S. Deporting them for the fault of others is "Unconstitutional and wrong!"

I just love Senator Urusumal's straight forwardness! I hope all FSMers are like him: he speaks his mind. A true political leader! Speaking about the senator who is absent, only God knows the reason for his absence, or what prompted the absence. I hope and pray, for continued "Justified unity," "Honesty," and "Hard work," among our beloved Congressmen from our four states. By the way, the one senator who spoke about not being overly concerned about the Conora Virus must have a lot of faith! I agree with him. Death is God's business, not ours. Yes, He grants us diligence and wisdom to take good care of ourselves and others, in body, mind, and soul, as far as safety and living a healthy life are concerned, but He is ultimately in charged; healthy, or not, young, or old, once He calls, we go! More on the positive side of the Conora Virus (I like to separate Conora from Virus for a reason) there are some great news! Medical treatment trials are in place and have been since a few weeks ago here in Nebraska, the very first state in the U.S and in the world to invent such, in search of a remedy/cure for this Conora Virus; this scientific and medical laboratory trial is being carried out by the UNMC (University of Nebraska Medical Center). Those people from out of state, who were brought to Nebraska from the Cruise Ship in Japan, whom some were tested positively with the Conora Virus, have been healed and gone home to their respective states already. One of them is still here undergoing the scientific medical trial for possible healing. Because he was infected the most, he was qualified to undergo the medical scientific laboratory trial. The same trial is also being tested in China (and in other places around the world) following in cooperation with Nebraska's lead. Other medical professionals from different countries, such as, Brazil, etc. have arrived in Nebraska to join other medical professionals in carrying out the trial for possible vaccine for this Chinese Made Conora Virus! In short, take heart! God is good! He is always good, and everything will be just fine! Medical and scientific professionals from across the U.S are working together to bring HOPE amidst Conora turmoil and brokenness. Smile, Jesus has conquered the cross and the grave! He heals the sick and raises the dead! :) :) We should worry more about spiritual death than earthly/physical death. Senator Urusemal must be resigned since he's out of order with all his negative attitudes in his mind-set. We must talk, think, and live up to the spirit of the times, and write up to it too if that Cacoethes is upon us, or we are naught.
What a waste of time and public funds for those FSM Congress members, especially the Chairman who was called but absent. Did he still get paid? And those who always play stupid political tricks just to defer the motion to delay the votes for their own employee's salary increase. That never makes any common sense when Speaker is asking for any discussion, comments, suggestions, and questions and no debates on the subject matters. SHAME ON THOSE LIP SERVICE WITH OVERPAID AND EXTRAVAGANT ALLOWANCE.
If I were a member of The FSM Congress, I would introduce a bill to raise the salary and minimum wage for the national, the four states and municipalities, and that includes those working in the private sectors and businesses: raise the minimum wage and lower the price for merchendises across the nation and invent jobs for both educated and uneducated citizens who have the capacity to hold paying jobs. I have a question: are family-owned private businesses and tourist resorts being funded with government money? If they are why? How is that going to financially benefit those living in poverty with low to none income around the nation??? How is it going to lift them out of poverty? Improving the poverty level of the nation will ultimately improve the nation's economic status quo; so, how can funding the "So called rich's private family's businesses," with government money improve the "Poverty," condition of the poor scattered in all of the four states of the FSM? How? Are those privately family owned businesses employ those living in poverty with a decent salary to take them out of the poverty level? Are they giving students free scholarships to pursue their educational careers and dreams? Are they financially assisting the poor with something to last them a lifetime? If they are, what is it? Floor Leader Harper told me in a private conversation on Facebook Congress has money alotted to help projects, such as housing for the poor across the FSM nation and even mentioned in the Mortlocks, much of that money has gone to "Housing projects," on Namoluk. Well, that is great news! That means on Namoluk, everyone, or every family owned a new house funded by the government through Congress, right? After all, I know everybody on Namoluk can't afford buying a home with their little to no family salary. How about other islands in The Mortlocks, the whole Chuuk State, and the other three states??? Did Congress also fund their houses? How about school and dispensary buildings, etc. in all of the four states and municipalities in the whole FSM?
Why did the FSM President nominations keep deferring by Sen. Pete? The FSM government needs to continue to move forward without any government obstruction by Pete's undermining the new FSM President and Vice President Administration operations.
FSM Congress opposing the FSM citizens or constituents their right to vote and also concern about the cost of the polling place are those who continually abuse their power. The corruption mindset and wrongful ideas and tactic, not to support the people's WILL is in your lip service and hot seat.

Mr. Speaker and Chief of Clerk did a great job by delivering all the needed communication and business of the day. People need to hear our elected Congressman do more discussion and debate on the all-important subject matter. And also to speed up the President's nominations instead of deferring to the next session. Congress should concern about the President's nomination qualification instead of rejecting them. Senator Moses statement make sense but not the other colleagues in regards to the nominations. We always hear complaints from Congressman Urusumael instead of helping the people resolved the issues discussed.
