I used to use fenegeek it helps enhancing but it enhancing everything u legs thighs, boobs, booty. Ur stomach. I used it for 4 days and cut it off and it didn't stop for almost a year. I recommend u use it if ur small I was thick and now im out of shape. I used it a few years ago the pill form. It messed up my shape. I lost weight but I still got the booty and boobs
