220 g of egg whites- that’s like 24g of protein. The bread is probably like another 4-5g; 28-29g of protein. That Ice cream definitely has a LITTLE bit. So yeah, ~ 30g of protein. Dope. I actually put a scoop of protein into my mix- Ghost Cinnabon. Shit is 😩😩😩
In a slice of white bread which those oook pretty thick there is 3 grams per slice. That makes it 8-9. That’s 32-33 grams then the rest from the toppings
That's really the anime put in our mind changing for our life is not impossible it's easy if you was have strong mind for example on my self I was doing only 10 push ups before 2 weeks but today I doing 63 push up and increase 3 push in the every day and I strong in English because I practice on it's for 6 year so you can said the mind can change any thing
