Anyone else having issues with subtitles for the Tanggula TV? I can’t seem to find any movies with a closed caption option. Also experiencing issues with customer service being no help.

You guys stink at actually showing multiple titles. Even if they look bad, gamers want to see Cyberpunk, RDR, GTA and all of the ones we generally use to benchmark things... even if the graphics suck. Fortnite works on my phone for example... not really showing a lot here.

Thanks very much for taking the time to make this video. The thing definitely is not ready to be sold to the general public. It is not safe to use in the home. What a terrible popcorn popper. it does not make enough to warrant the high cost and trouble to clean.
