I just wrote this same comment do you know they have no clue twice I’ve been in there they gave me a toner and made my lovely blonde hair dark twice, next time I went in a year later for toner it has gone dark again because I trusted the woman who was serving me as I explained what happened the last time, when you complain I had the first woman say who on earth gave you that toner? I said it was you, mind went blank,the only thing I’ll buy out of there will be bleach and peroxide lol they have no clue 😢😂
I bleached my hair 4 times and thankfully it didn’t fall out and It didn’t feel like hay I am one of the very lucky ones I am leaving it for at least 2 months before I do another one just to get rid of the slight ginger bits I’m going to avoid my roots as it is already platinum blonde but I will give you guys and update !!
I don’t buy it when they show a highly produced look at the end result. Without that make up and styling it probably looks awful. I also think they often go to a hairdresser to fix it and just lie about it.
