I like The Weeknd's music better coz it has aesthetic appeals to it. I like how he produces his music it's a mix of modern and 80s hits and also his Dark RnB music too while Bruno his music is more Pop with a bit of funk. His style of music is not really my taste.
It's funny how Mariah is categorised as bipolar and mentally ill, maybe even stigmatised with this diagnosis. Doctors are telling her: The way you are is not normal. So they give her meds, so she will be happier or calmer. But that person that writes all these songs is what people have loved. The words she wrote in her own despair helped so many other people and so many people could relate to what she was talking about. I am thinking that these meds are ruining the creative, upbeat, loved person that she is. These meds destroy the genius in her as she is not writing songs like she used to. Maybe it cut off that workaholic that never sleeps in her. Maybe she is more caring to herself now. Maybe it keeps her from being extremely depressed and suicidal. But maybe these meds also keep her from being full of energy and from that genius in songwriting. Maybe these meds have so many side effects that she is always tired. I know what it means when an illness takes away the strength to sing and breathe well enough to sing her songs. But maybe it's her meds and the side effects that make her so tired that she can't perform well and can't sing the best that she possibly could? Maybe she takes her meds to always be the best mom that she can possibly be?? I love you, Mariah, and I wish you could answer me those questions.... Stalkers, I have never had any mental illness or diagnosis and you will not make me have one!!! I have never taken antidepressants or anything of that nature and I never ever will!! This is the truth and nothing but the truth. May GOD help me!!
theyre both talented in similiar and different ways, bruno with dancing and the pop music with some pure instruments. The Weeknd with the synths, melodies, R&B and soul communicating type of music. Ive always loved both of them

I think Madonna is a limited singer and has improved with training. And technically is the most talented singer and versatile. Britney has the most pleasant to listen to- but is weak with technique. Jlo is unpleasant to listen to, and very unsophisticated.
with respect to her singing skills/qualities... there is also something that can be called 'spiritual beauty' (which includes the courage to tell the truth, modesty, generosity, empathy for others, sacrifice, ...) well, that human quality has barbie-doll Mariah apparently only very very little
This lady is really smart and a true poet! In 35 years..I had no clue her songs were actually written by HER! Her word play is pure poetry! I have an added layer of Respect for her

I wish she would release an acapella album of her past hits . So many of her songs are vocally masterclasses and the harmonies get overlooked because of the flashy beats .
