Together, they hope to break the Stereotype of how the LGBTQ+ community is perceived and show the world that regardless of your sexual orientation or gender identity you can be strong and follow your passions.
question: is there an advantage/disadvantage from going to the shoulder and then dropping to the front (like in the video) vs going over the shoulder and dropping the sandbag behind you? thanks for the video!
Sending love to you Kearny! You’ve been an inspiration to me and you’ve shown me to never be afraid of our identities! Much love, you’ve have a great career in strongman! 🫶
I love all of this. This is such good, *normal* life for someone who does strongman. Also I use Werther's sugar free for my sweet tooth fix. They're super easy to have all day and staves off some, SOME of that craving without adding extra sugar.
I hope he starts posting again after his retirement. I haven't followed strongman for 20 years. Just started lifting again last year, find out this legend is in MA and that he's retiring 🤷 I hope we get to see post comp life and training. We never get to see life after the spotlight.
It's really lame you marketed yourself and turned yourself into the gay guy and not the small guy punching way above his weight with amazing deadlifts.
I'd be remiss if I ignored the elephant in the room: those big beautiful tires! Can you recommend a strategy I could employ to procure a couple of big boys like those without breaking the bank?! LOL thanks for your solid info with the sandbag!
Debating between ares and droping in my rhino into rack to condense a little bit in home gym.. i have selectorized lat pull down, selectorise ft, rhino belt squat, titan x3 wall rack, ir sauna, echo rogue bike etc... Waiting for isolator too. I tought about combining all the pieces into ares but i dont know if i will like it since it will be hard for my wife and i to workout togueter. We do different workouts. Also i like to superset a lot and dont wanna be moving all kinds of stuff around for the next exercise. Somebody else told me its hard to supperset in ares🙄🙄
This is what happens when you go for it and keep trying no matter what. Almost no views and wasted money+time. Imagine not even having something like having an American record too .. all those poor people told to just do it and believe in themselves when they have even less chance than Rob did. The untold story of reality which points out how toxic those motivational speakers are. And a bunch of them are just paid to promote the platform so you sink all your money in advertising - you barely break even if you're lucky and if you don't advertise no one will see you at all. Maybe 10 years ago you would have gotten to 100k easy. or more. Things changed now. Advertising platform wins - everyone else loses apart from top 0.005%
Watching from little old East Yorkshire in England and just had to tell you that I bloody love you 2, wishing you both all the best for your future together and everything you do ❤❤❤
Amazing video, im new to strongman 6 weeks in, and after watching this video the i was able to get the 200 lbs sandbag for the 1st time!! super helpful for a novice keep up the great work!!
I do rack pulls with over 600 pounds on safety straps…I have a 12 gauge Bells of Steel rack…I would suggest getting Rep Fitness safety straps for your 18” Deadlifts…The straps are made for young Grizzlies like you…I actually use my Ohio deadlift bar for the 18” deadlift (OR a Rack Pull)…You can use the new Hades deadlift bar with the safety straps…I am very intrigued by the Hades deadlift bar AND a Rep Fitness 5000 rack that would certainly compliment my Rep Fitness 5000 bench…I am 58 years old and still lifting…🐻
