Nice video. If you want to try this, instead of the allen wrench to tap the bearings out, I use a set of pin punches from Harbor Freight. 5 different sizes for only $10.
I had issues with the App, called Motion Canada with No help at all. Service Sucks. I had to call Permobil (John) very helpful troubleshooting was done and said the module was defective and under warranty, unfortunately, I have to deal with Motion since the chair was sold through Motion. Met my rep and she emailed the Service Department no even a return call. Had a chest strap installed and it fell off after 4 weeks of use. All that Motion needs is how I am going to pay for the service and the diagnostic. App is great loved it when it was functional.
Ok this is a problem for me as most transport here in Aus has a weigh of 300kg or 662lb witch the user with a full stacked chair can't be over 90kg's or 199lb and I'm a lite weigh 200kg's 441lb's
you'll wanna avoid steep cross-slopes! it's basically the same as a manual chair with better propulsion and larger wheels i just wish the levers could be reversed to go forward by PULLING!
@myshoeisonfire Yeah, kind of what I thought. My generation has experienced tricycle tractors and steep grade or surprise ditches the first time you cut hay in a field.
I'd hate to think how much my storm 4 weighed before I put the two 75Ah batteries in it plus the power legs and other stuff onto it, I might have to take it to an industrial weigh bridge to get the weight 😅, thanks for the extra video Dan and hope you have a great Christmas 🎄 👍
I just bought a promo bill offive bucks a month ago and just wanted to know if the new batteries that belong in this chair the Permobil Batteries I was curious if they only work with the Permobil app that I download it on my phone and the charger that came with the chair because it’s a fast charger I was curious I was curious if they work the best with the fast charger is the ones that come in this chair the actual Permobil Batteries I was just curious if you would please send me a message back stating what you think about this and let me know if you can tell me anything more about it I’ve only had this chair about eight weeks about eight weeks now it’s basically brand new so just curious about a couple things. After searching all over for nearly 8 hours I come across your video. I'm hoping you can help with a question. I have an mk6 and there's another box, not mk6 90 w/acc but one with the right and left plugs coming from it. In the middle there's another plug but coming from the same spot is a line with a small black box with three holes set in a triangle. A plug looks the same but has 3 pins to plug into the one coming from the box. Where does that line go and what's it for? This chair was given to me disassembled. That one wire has the end cut off and I think I'm missing another wiring harness. Can't find anything online with details of this. Thanks

Man that's nice . I wish I can work so I can work on my chair . I have a bad back from building homes , and construction and roofing my whole life , now my knees and back are shot ,.i picked up a jazzy elite es 1 , batteries are shot . So it's been parked . I really need it for around the house and yard to feed the animals and water...The batteries are dead . And so expensive, all money that is made goes to Bill's and my son thats in 4 grade .I live in the country, in Central Tx. If it was runnin it dont do well on grass and sandy dirt roads... can you pimp mu ride ? Lol if u have any connections or people who like to help others , please.let them know ,I can seem to make any extra to buy batterys, I've cut some rubber tread off a kids 4 wheeler to slide over original tires. Their little loose . I'm afraid I might cause it to wobble , you know .thank s
Thank you so much for posting this, no amount of detail is too much, about to make one wireless myself yet I don't even have the wired remote. Gifts can be like that don't ya know Tip, the second relay can be fed off the normally closed of the first jumper if activating both at the same time is wished to be avoided
My tdx sp had problems with struts and the service center replaced both. After the replacement, when I come out of ramp, it wants to go left and I don’t feel safe. 😢
