The joy George Cole and Dennis waterman gave me growing up in the 1980s in the brilliant show Minder , was priceless, I loved this show, ...with its humour and drama was just the best, ....shows like these are sadly things very much in the past,...its a different Britain now, sadly,...I loved these times, and the great memories they gave,..George Cole & Dennis Waterman ,...thanks for the laughs, and RIP❤
I was a 1969 skinhead . Listening to this vid I see some inaccuracies . personally I never met a Rude Boy in England it seemed to be a Jamacian phenomenon during the sixties. Skinheads modified their clothing many times, the boots and braces phase was short lived because bouncers would not let us in dance halls and so the suede head was born wearing tonic mohair suits and monogrammed blazers and sheepskin coats were worn too. Tattoos and body piercing were not seen back then. By the 1970s the skinhead had morphed again to the Smoothie fashions which consisted of flare trousers and collar length hair. Only Mods wore Parkas. Mid 1970s came Punk Rock.
