@@Mistyvalentine I used desiccated coconut(ground coconut). It is finer than shredded coconut. You can just pulse shredded coconut a little bit to make it finer.
Do you measure out 3 cups of rolled oats & then blend that to make the flour, or do you blend rolled oats & measure the 3 cups after it's been blended? I figured you wanted 3 cups of the finished flour; mine was much thicker than yours. Too thick. I see it took almost 1& 1/4 cups of rolled oats to make the 1 cup of flour. Can you advise me?
Looks delicious. On another matter, why does your logo in the upper left-hand corner of the video show the words Full Kitche’n? Why is there an apostrophe there? An apostrophe is a punctuational mark that indicates possession - such as “This is Bob’s house” - or to indicate a missing letter - as in “Don’t do that” - where it replaces the second “o” in “Do not”. Kitchen is spelled “Kitchen”. You indicate there is a letter missing when you write “Kitche’n”. There is no letter missing. I realize it might be important to you because of names like D’Sean or Sh’neequa or D’Andre, but Kitche’n is just wrong. Challenge: Where is the incorrect apostrophe in this sentence: Sh’neequa be axing me if I wanna go over to D’Sean’s place and play’s with his new puppy.
You have to take into account the recipe (or the video) might just not be made in the same country. That said, sub the amchur with lemon juice (add it at the end instead) and replace the nigella seed with celery seeds. You should be able to find those and the recipe really is super easy and so tasty. When in doubt, give "[exotic ingredient] substitute" on Google a try. You'll often find some very close substitute.
Nice, thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe with us, I've never seen a lemon brownie before, very creative! I apologize for not commenting sooner. You should also share this recipe with John Kanell from Preppy Kitchen, he loves lemony things and will eat those up in a heartbeat!
