I feel like tre cool could be a death metal drummer if he wanted to and travis barker could be a freeform jazz drummer if he wanted. I started drumming with the dookie song when I come around when I was 13 and around 15 I started venturing into blink territory when I felt like I was good enough to handle chops like with the song always. I then got into metalcore-like drumming when I was surprised with a second kit. I had a gretsch kit and a gammon kit with which I made my own big ass ten piece set that I played every day until the gammon rotted away and eventually in high school my gretsch kit followed suit. I recently got a pearl roadshow kit though when my family and I moved into a house and I enjoy deafening myself and will enjoy it until I am completely deaf 😂 but anyways, Green Day and Blink 182 influenced my drumming heavily along with metal bands like Avenged Sevenfold and Attack Attack. As soon as I can further build my drums from the basic four piece that I have with the one severely battered cymbal per my hours of beating them, I would like to see about making more metal songs. Thank you all for coming to my Ted Talk
