You know what's funny about military guys who say what you are saying? It's all bullshit! My time, in the military, 5 minutes before evening colors they would blow a horn on the speakers on base. After 5 minutes, colors would take place. All the people I saw RUNNING and DIVING in to the nearest building so they would not have to stand outside and face the music was ridiculous.
