You guys do not understand the difference between harmony os and harmony os next and if you listen wisely you could even see that there is a huge difference because harmony os is a launcher made through Google and harmony os next will be not be based on Google because they are no longer going to use Google supported processors like Media tech and Qualcomm they are going to use their own kirin processor which is made by hauwei and smic to better the experience by cutting out google sponsored apps,malware and android operations systems with the harmony os next
@@BestPhoneSolutions all the new features that are on the "cloud", which is most of them. "revamped" security means less security and privacy and so on. For every positive they mention they are hiding at least one big negative. Besides, current Harmony is just fine, the new one will probably break a lot of compatibility with emulated android apps that many people use and will want to use. Downgrade is going to be hard.
Imagine Huawei having 50 million Followers but only less than 100 reactors and less 50 comments in every post in facebook.. shows how users not satisfied with harmonyOS.. while some brand has lower follower but lots of Reactions and comments in every post.. these show the reality of what really huawei doing to the customers. also huawei keep on hiding my comments in their post because im exposing what scaaam they do to consumer as advance and knowledgeable user.
Harmony os suuucks period. More on advertisement than operating system update. I have matepad 11 2021 only have 1 os update same as generic phone brand.. from harmony Os 2.0 to 3.0 which is a scaaaam.. because both harmony 0S 2.0 and 3.0 is Android 10 in reality.. which is not considered as OS update. its a Big Scaaam and talking only.
This Os will not support Apk or Aosp already told by Huawei press conference. So only dedicated apps will be supported so i cant see it working outside China from the beginning

If its not android supported like harmonyos skin then there will be no apps except for chinese..thus making it worthless for the rest. And as huaweis popularity sank after ban theres 0 incentives for devs to make dupes for 3rd OS unless they pay them. We are talking astronomical sums in that case...so from the get go it will be worse then windows phoneOS.
It takes time. Do u think an OS could be built up in years? First they will grab the chinese market. Which is one of the biggest smartphone market in the world. If they get China which will definitely happen then game is over.
Huawei is focusing on the domestic market first where their phones are very popular again. This home grown OS is also important for China's tech development and security.
