Not a good shade match, too much product on the applicator, supposed to be pressed into your skin, not swiped. Your application is all wrong. If you do it correctly you will see a totally different result.
Girl you did great I love the oranges bravo!!! Trick wanna diffuse the color if you think it's not blending use a fluffy brush to make the colors look seamless it kinda transitions them together. I work with colors alot so I've lived and learned lol! I love the look you did. It's so pretty. Yes next week let's do the elf quads let me know the ones you have think I have 5 of them lol. I was an HR Director for years. One thing I Always looked for in applicants was that "can do" attitude. You can teach or train almost anyone. But it is the attitude that sells. Keep that smile and interact with the interviewer as though you have worked there for 10 years. Learn about the company's current direction or accomplishments and weave that into your conversation. Tip from experience dont place the nail directly under the cuticle place it like right near it cause yes they will hurt and feel weird. Another possibility you could be allergic to the glue..it's happened to me a million times girl..I know haha!😂😂
