to all the schtupid ppl, the use of autotune here is a stylistic choice. and it could’ve been just as much of a hit in knee’s voice too.

I saw Britney in Manchester U.K. for the Circus tour 2009 and Gaga wrote the song to be performed during circus I love both artists and both versions. What I can tell you is Britney was the most amazing dancer outside of Tina Turner I have witnessed. I also agree with all the comments that’s this song fits Britney’s vocals incredibly and I am sure it would been a huge hit as it was for Gaga. Love you Britney x

This song was originally for circus but Britney turned it down as she already had phonography for the circus album.

Well GaGa sounds way better. I would not have like this version at all. There are some songs Britney sound okay singing, but this one isnt it.

Hearing this for the first time is very interesting. This song was a massive hit and I am glad Gaga and Beyonce recorded it but I also feel like Britney has the right voice and vibe for this song as well. Would have loved to see how it would have played out if Britney had released this as a single instead of passing up on it. Would also love to see her record her own version with either Gaga or Beyonce.
