Some areas don't work this early. Get a proper management and try agai. This is just a more burden to the plain workers without getting any benefit from them. No overtime no bonus no nothing. Will the people in the area rush to finiah their work or come shopping early in the morning. Brother check your planning system. This is just exploitation on the workers.
