I think if you really want to help home cooks, you should have shown the full way to truss the chicken AND NOT throw the chicken in the over half done.
Don’t put an entire lime in the blender. Idk if I’ve ever seen that. I imagine it’s out there If you do I feel like you’d need to strain it throws cheese cloth or something
He dum dum Who would want to eat your black charred charcoal flavored steak tacos ? Why not seer the steak in a cast iron pan with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, ect that way the steak doesn't char black. Your carne asado tacos will taste like steak instead of charcoal. Ok dum dum
There's a million over produced youtuber "chef"s videos on how to make bland chipotle-style cilantro rice, this one simple video shot in a real kitchen with a real chef is the best recipe out there.
Thanks for the awesome demonstration. So many renditions of this dish are needlessly over complicated. I give you a 7/10 Needlessly Overcomplicated points rating. Only because you're a fine dinning institution that didn't go full Mexican Grandma Required. That's a 10/10. And not replicatable for gringos.
Chef looks great, I will try it. I was surprised though that your stove is so low. That is a back breaker. Trust me it will get you eventually. Thumbs up to you.
One of the best dishes I've ever had in my life. If you happen to live near by, you have to try this at Zocalo! Try it with their sangria which is awesome as well.
