God the whole approach to the final boss room builds up so much tension. The eerie soundtrack really drives home that you do not know what is lurking behind that door waiting for you. You just beat a robot flying lizard, so... What could be next?
I'm probably going to get crucified for saying this, but I don't really like this final boss that much because it's just a massive bullet sponge (or beam sponge rather) and drags on for too long. The rest of the game is amazing though
Man I loved how her face looked in this game. It seems a lot more realistic and the square jawline really gave off the impression she was muscular and strong. The newer design is too thin and cartoony- it doesn’t really fit the art style of the rest of the game.
Dude, the last time I played this on my gamecube was 2014. I stopped short of 100% right at the final boss on hard mode before we moved houses and now that I finally try it again, the jumping area with all those metroids is so annoying, I can hardly remember how to play and I think I'll just let it be 😭
ive had my wii since 2006 and when i got this game it was life changing, i really need to find this fucking game in my game canister and revisit 2008/2009
@@duckway4733 Prime and Echoes in the Trilogy, you have the option to turn off free aiming while locked on an enemy making it fell like the GameCube version. Corruption doesn't allow that because it's required to fight some enemies and bosses. He had free aiming turned off to make the fight easier. Boo I say. Free aiming while locked on makes things easier while disabling it makes things harder.
