The way this game uses dream architecture is completely true to life. Also, the mix of innocent wonder and brutal fear is so spot on, so much like I used to experience world when I was very young.
I think this game was released during a time when a lot of people were starting to get tired of the run-and-gun spawn, die, spawn, die model of COD. For an FPS, R6 was a real breathe of fresh air back in 2015/2016
@@GratefulGuido it used to be a tactical shooter with actual strats involved; now it’s a run and gun, chess trade-off shooter like a mix of COD and meets Valorant; look at the hud, the gun-play, and how you play the game nowadays versus Dustline-operation velvet shell. It’s a completely different game.
