I used to do 20-4 intermittent fast for a few weeks and boy! It was a bit tough and I did it at 16! I do not recommend anyone under 18 as it can be severely unhealthy but the results were pretty fast!
I’m a intentional pessimist. I intentionally think the worst will happen, even write it down, so when the actual event doesn’t go down the way I feared it would go down, I’m happier.
I came to this video because I was talking and my mom randomly started coming for me and she made me cry because I sound like this 🤷♀️ I didn’t know and she makes me feel bad about myself I don’t even wanna talk anymore cuz she’s always finding something to make me feel bad about myself
Optimism is as bad as pessimism - both are a pre-bias towards things that haven't happened yet. Wether any occurrence is good or bad is up for debate anyways. But whenever you have a pre-conceived stance, you are likely to be pre-occupied and full of false ideas, rather than ready to **see what is** and act accordingly and at the right time.

Okay lads don't listen to this bullshit. I've been running 5k (3.6 miles a day) for 8 days and I've lost 13kg from 75kg - 62kg. How? Running, 100 sit-ups a day, and drink green tea 3 times a day easy af and it gets you a flat stomach/abs good abs and it helps only in one week. Depends on your motivation

Excellent! very true, I found this out 20 years ago. I am basically exactly where I want to be today. If I may give some advice, they would be: be very careful what you wish for. Keep it simple, balance is important, visualize the path it as clear as possible, but be flexible, learn how to say no, be aware of cause & effect, don't lie to yourself (or anyone), and finally, lots if money is not the path to happiness :-) I wish you a fantastic journey!
