Nice video, I am a native Lancasterian, whose Great Grandfather was Milton Hershey's salesman when he owned his caramel factory in Lancaster. When Mr. Hershey decided to move his business to Derry Township to make chocolate, he asked my Great Grandfather to come with him as a full partner. My Great Grandfather declined Mr. Hershey's offer as he and his family did not want to leave Lancaster. There were many candy factories in Lancaster at that time and he knew that he could get a job in sales with another company here. If only Great Grandfather would have known. Hershey really is a lovely town and I have been there many many times in my 72 years. Glad to see you mention the taxes as they are higher than Lancaster County. I only suggestion I might add would be mentioning the amount of tourists and traffic because those two things are something that Lancaster and Dauphin County share and even being a lifelong Lancasterian, who now lives in East Lampeter Twp., "the tourist area" in Lancaster, the traffic here is maddening during tourist season. Having said that, I love Pennsylvania and we really have the best food and natural beauty of any state in the union. Best wishes with your career. Thank you.
Most important thing to me is trees so i feel seperated from the rest of the world.. of course i need a garage for faily driven vehicles and space for a shop for projects.. but number one forever and always will be privacy..
