Just ordered one. The one minute keeps me focused on time under tension then a 30 second rest and repeat for 3 sets. Used a stopwatch today and had a full body workout in 45 minutes and wasn't drained afterwards. This little guy is gonna be a game changer. Thanks for the review man.🤘
You didn't tell us what kind of weights it uses. Sandbags, or metal plates. And if sand bags, are they easy to insert or remove? Or, is the vest just 20lbs and that's it, there's no adjusting the weight?

I just bought mine. I'm getting into it. It's a thousand times better to use a dedicated device rather than your phone. Experience shows this to be so. My concern watching your video is calling them 'pretty rugged' after you've got through 6 or 7 of them. At £30 a pop I hope in say 7 years time I haven't had to go through one a year. "It's about keeping you honest" - I like that!

I have 1 gun i changed almost everything on & its FLAWLESS surprisingly... I believe in this also. Only thing i don't chnage is triggers if i do modify anything.
Great advice! This little timer is fantastic, especially now that we waste so much time on unnecessary distractions from phones! I used Gymboss to run the Chicago Marathon at the age of 55 yrs old! I ran walked the whole way! The interval timer feature kept me focused without skipping or forget my place and finished strong in 6hrs and 35 mins! (Race finishes at 6hrs and 30mins!) I am going to use it in my home gym so I can focus on workouts. Thank you!
thank you -- I ran a strength and conditioning business out of my home for a couple years (after owning a facility for almost 10), so I still had all the equipment -- since this video was shot, we've upgraded into another space
