hi, the hair salon that is applying the product on you, need to do the allergy test prior start the procedure, if u get allergic reaction just rinse the spot where the hairdresser applied the product , and do not use the product on your hair .

How long should you rinse the hair for when removing product before flat iron? I have virgin hair and my hairdresser rinsed for 5 minutes and about 10cm of my hair still feels like dry and rough after 3 showers.. she said she rinsed enough but maybe some product was left? Why is it bad to leave some product in the hair
hello Manell , the product needs be rinsed 100% . , this 10cm is related to the ends of your hair or the roots of your hair ? if the ends probably your hair was already damaged at the point the product was not able to saved it . The product dont leave hair dry unless your hairdresser flat ironed much more your hair could handle.
hello Bella lu, the product does not yellow the blond hair . It is the wrong temperature of the flat iron that is not adjusted to the hair and it oxidates it. if u see it is yellowing put down the temperature and make sure you had rinsed the product 100% .

Bonjour , j’ai fait un lissage au tanin avec vos produits , et mes cheveux étaient vraiment magnifiques au début mais maintenant ils ont commencé à tomber à chaque fois que je les peignent ou quand je me lave les cheveux . Qu’est ce que vous me conseiller ?? J’ai utiliser les produits olaplex pour arrêter la casse mais ça ne marche pas ça continue de casser . Aidez-moi s’il vous plaît

Hi Willrecord , the treatment can re-applied whenever your client feels necessary , we recommend at least 1 month from each application,but the average is btw 3 to 6 months . We also recommend our tanino therapy line or Hair pro line salvatore as a home care .
Hello, I used this treatment and i have alot of curles. I must say after i started the process to make t flat it was very easy and good result. I never had flat hair like this before. The only thing that worries me is the fact that the shampoo makes my hair so dry after. I used a serieexpert l oreal mask n didnt use the shampoo after the mask. Is this a problem? Thx
Hi, we always recommend as home care our own line , however if you are using loreal shampoo and it is leaving your hair dry means that the shampoo u chose is not adequate for after treatment . ( if u are talking about home care) if u are talking about the shampoo step 1 , it is a clarifying shampoo with ph 7.5 , and it is necessary for open the cuticles. and must be use only before treatment, never after .
@@touziana yes so before step 2 your hair will have an open cuticle using step 1 , so it is okay to feel the hair dry , not dry acctually but clean and open, when u use step 2 it should be cuticles closed and silky . then u need proper home care.... just advice this product must be used by professinals only that understand the basic structure of the hair

if u forget to rinse the product you are not doing it right.. the hair will be dull and heavy, also will make lot of smoke , the hair must be rinsed. , you cant forget a step .
Hello Zoe, yes you can do the treatment and still have a natural hair..for that u dont flat iron the hair too much, you will have a more hydrated hair , no frizz, but still curly /wavy .. however it will not last longer probably 1 to 2 months maximum.

oui, vous pouvez mouiller les cheveux tout de suite en utilisant le masque F pendant 15 min et sécher uniquement les cheveux à l'air. Ou vous pouvez envoyer le client à la maison et elle va se laver les cheveux quand elle le veut. Il n'y a pas besoin d'attendre 3 jours pour le premier lavage .. lavez-le quand vous voulez.

@@okanoz4741 Votre coiffeur n’a probablement pas été en mesure d’analyser correctement vos cheveux et n’a pas effectué le service comme il se doit, chaque traitement produit 100% des résultats, mais si vos cheveux sont déjà dans une situation très abîmée, il est nécessaire de les reconstruire avant de commencer le lissage, il est même nécessaire de stabiliser le pH de vos cheveux. Tout dépend de l'analyse de vos cheveux.

can I just ask what possible I could do wrong that the ends gets dry, I even do ends with lover temperature but it still gets dry, plus on blond hair don't work as good like on dark. it still curls and gets frizzy.thank you
Vaida, when ends are already damaged you need to restore the ph of the hair first before starting the treatment.. also you can use a Keratin bath at the ends before starting blow drying so it will protect the ends and seals properly... the blonde hair you cant use high temperature either, you need to restore hair mass in the hair.
