I'm 27 and started to notice my face changing so I looked up some vids and these series are just the best! I've seen the changes and I'm so happy ñ. I'm 2 months in doing this one and others too ❤ thank you so much
I have a problem that my skull moves back and forth and causes heaviness and falls on my eyes, but when I pull and tie my hair, I feel that it is fixed and does not move. Can you give me exercises to strengthen the temporal and back muscles to stabilize the skull, raise the hairline and lift the face from the side?
Ciao Peta I'm 77 and I've been working for 1 year now and I don't see any change on my face could it be why I'm too old ? Thanks for your precious lessons
Hi Angela, thanks for asking. If you can think about how long its taken for your facial skin and muscles to age, it will take a bit more than a year to correct, depending on how much damage has occurred on your skin. Also, I don't know how you are performing the exercises, so, are you following the program as I prescribe, let me know how you are going about it.
Peta, can you clarify how many reps to do in order to NOT overdo the exercise? It sounds like you said to only do 50 max for each level, but then you say something about doing this as a stand-alone exercise (which is always something you say not to do in Facerobics). So I'm confused. If we are doing all three levels, do we do 50, 100, 150 as per usual, or is this too many for the nose and will overdo it (as you said happened to you and you had to cut back). It's so exciting that you're back to updating Series 1 after so much time. Thanks so much! I don't know if you know this, but this video gets cut off at the end right when you start talking about pacing yourself for more repetitions. I hope you can add to the end because I wanted to hear the rest, as I have definitely experienced that problem once getting to the 100 and 150 reps. Thanks!

I’m sorry but you have done like 3 videos of this exercise and you have been giving different instructions in each one which is confusing. First you said to do 100x and now you say only 50x. Then you said to raise the tip like a pig with your finger and now you say just to play your finger over your nostrils and not raise it. Can you elaborate on both issues and make it clear what is correct ? Thanks
Hi Sergio, yes there are different ways, because there ARE DIFFERENT ways to perform this exercise. I have also made it so you can just do this exercise only, because if you do too much of it your nose will start to sag. So, use the exercise that suits you. If you do it 5 days a week, without following the program, just do it x50 times a day with 2 consecutive days off. I doubt whether you are actually following the full face routines. Simply find a way from my instructions to find the best way to do it
I have been watching you for a little but I can tell just how kind and passionate you are about helping others I really admire that, I wanted to also as, if you could make a video on chin messages to make a chin that’s sort of tilted up towards the lip with a little cleft back to just a normal chin
Hi there, thank you for your support. You cannot just do one exercise, you need to be doing the full face routines as prescribed, also, it will be near to impossible to change the position of your jaw, this is to do with bone, not muscles. Try the full face routine program and see if you have any success 💖
Hello!!! I’ve always had hooded eyes & recently just got an upper bleph. It did remove quite a bit of skin however I still have those pesky hooded eyes, they’re just not as bad. I got to thinking that I need a brow lift but can’t afford that 😂 so I’m here & I really hope this works for me!! I hope I do it correctly!!
As an 82 year old woman, I would like to tell you how m😢uch of an influence you have been in my life. When you first presented your early exercises I loved the way you showed❤ your audience how to simply copy most of the exercises. It seemed to me you too were surprised at the marvellous results you were getting. You have changed from a very ordinary middle aged woman into a lovely interesting and sincere person. I am back with you again, a big thank you for sticking with your dream to help all of us imperfect women to improve ourselves.🎉
When you do the exercises the way prescribed, as in follow the whole program you will see how it works. You cannot just do one exercise and you cannot change the program. Even if you feel that an area of your face is ok, and you might not need to do the exercises there, you need to be following the full face routines. Hello there, just to let you know, I was 60 in that video, and my eye lids have no drooping whatsoever. Possibly, instead of being critical, consider the wonder of Facerobics and what it does for our facial muscles. 😉

I have been doing this exercises correctly for atleast two years now but I still have saggy double chin and wrinkles around my eyes and iam only 41years.but my smile line has improved
Hi there. I don't normally answer these sorts of comments, however, I would like to let you know that I was 60 in this video. And to be honest, I am at a loss that this is all you can focus on. Possibly focus on the fitness of my face, there is no sagging hand hardly any wrinkling of my skin, and how powerful facerobics is rather than the colour of my hair!
Hi peta do these actually work , i never had any lip wrinkles until the menopause at 54 😭 now I have quite a few. I'm now 59 is it to late to start because I've really aged since the menopause . I've looked at quite a few facial exercises on RU-vid but always come back to your channel.
