Do you do replacement remotes for this ? If so let me know! I cant find to find a replacement remote and its annoying you havent got a universal type of remote that would work for this.
I ordered this machine 2 years ago & only put it together last month!🥱It’s perfect for me (senior woman on the short-ish side) & regret the 2 years that passed where I could have been using it!
This is much much harder to assemble than the video shows. Recommend another product. An hour later and still not finished .. not sure it’s secure, etc
I just received mine and the remote control does not turn on the display. The main switch is on but the display is not coming on. Can you please assist me?

Thanks for the video. My machine didn't come with lubricant but it will definitely use some to stop the scraping noise during workouts. Would you describe the different features? My numbers for today's workout are: t count is 8291, distance is 0.631, time is 60:08, count is 3159, calories is 252.7. Is the t count my total number of steps? What about the count? Is distance measured in miles/kilometres? Thanks.
Hello J Harris, Thank you for your letter. "T count" means "Total step count" since you changed the battery, while "Count" is your step count since you reset the data. When you reset the data, "Count" will be reset, but "T count" would not be reset until you change the battery. It is the difference. Hope it is helpful for you. Sincerely, Doufit RU-vid

Yes, please disassemble and reverse it. Stand one side of the frame to fix it and then fold it. Do fold it before disassembly, or the spring pad will be broken.
