One of my favourite games, brilliant and varied game. Interesting fact, the summer I played this, I took my ps2 with me on holiday with Mrs Pixel so I could finish it! Great vid mate.
For whatever reason, I just couldn't love BotW, I played it, a lot, but just never really felt like I was enjoying it like I did, Ocarina, or LttP. Still not tried Tears ot Kingdom either.. Great video mate!
Yes, this is extreme awesome! Still remembering the original Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars 28 years ago feels so very good and yes, of course the fact its remake came 27 years later since the original sure was an extreme dream come true🤩🤩😆😆! I really wish life was like this more often! About Mallow and Geno, I really wish they could appear majorly again in some or even many more Mario games as much as I admit! I also really wish they were different so they could appear in like Mario Party and all sorts of non-RPG games! ⭐⭐!
Great video mate, and some fab memories, I used to love Dragon on the snes, great movie too! Have to mention the high calibre scripting this time too, some thespian like monologues from Keith this time around!
Hi, The short answer is, To Entertain People. at the moment I’m working towards my 1st 500 subscribers if only so I have a solid reason to release a 500 sub special that I’ve been working on. I have no delusions of grandeur. RU-vid has always been a hobby. I’m just happy when people like yourself comment & watch my videos.
I mean I guess if you want to get Technical it Southern Eastern Europe. But I felt that going into detail about The cultural, historical & geopolitical reasons why Serbia is usually described as Eastern Europe might have killed the flow of the video… or I guess I could just have said Serbian.
If your into Retro then then the original is worth checking out. you might not want to play the whole thing but its worth an evening in experiencing it. thanks for checking out the video & taking time to comment.
Okay, Overall, not bad. I think you could have done more with your audio balancing, I know that theses Vlogs aren't meant to be as polished as your main videos but still!
The itself might not be so great, but the boxart is AMAZING. I think it's probably one of the best game covers of the 6th gen. I would buy a poster sized version of that boxart.
@@KohighMathy I wonder ho the artist was. I'd like to look them up, and see if it might be possible to get the original files needed to indeed produce a poster sized version, even without the text it would be worth doing.
Ha Ha, oh lord I should probably check that. The Discord has had varying levels of success. Sadly I don't get to spend as much time as I used to (or in deed would like to) on Discord. Thanks for the comment. I glad you enjoy the videos 🙂
Fantastic video as always, i cant believe twitch has been going that long. You forget how long its been until someone reminds you! Great stuff guys look forward to the next one.
I don't know if I'd go that far. See that's one of the major issues with Twin Snakes. The perimeters of MGS1 weren't build around FPS mode. In particular, the Ocelot fight was piss easy with the new added FPS mode. The fight's over in seconds should you choose to use FPS. It's like the cheats of Doom, but they're unlocked from the start. Now yeah sure, you don't have to play in that style if you don't want to. But that's the point. The original required more skill play, using the frames to your advantage, avoid enemy detection is much as you can. It also, get this, was an extension of the MSX games. In the original, your health pool was small but got bigger each time you defeated a boss. Twin Snakes starts you out with Max health. So that's another contemporary working against Twin Snakes. Now maybe I'm being a little too subjective and say that Twin Snakes is the inferior version. I know I can't speak for everyone else. But if I'm being honest, Twin Snakes really as a whole hasn't had overall changes to the story. No new submental material added, no real replay value, They didn't even have the VR missions, and as a whole, it's just not as good as the original. I just think they should've not made all the changes to the game. Sometimes you got not remake something if you know it's not going to be on par with the original. Anyways, that's my opinion. I hope I gave you a better understanding on why I wasn't on this game as much as the original. Hopefully this might give you a new perspective. Did you like my take? What did you think of it overall? Let me know.
1st off thank you for Watching the video & Taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it. Its nice to see someone engaging wit the video & giving their own two pence on it. I get what your saying about the perimeters of MGS1 not really fitting. there are a more than a few moments when FPS mode really brakes the Game. but as you said you can choose not to use FPS mode. I also agree its was a bit of a let down that they didn't include the VR missions in twin snakes. You mentioned Twin snakes not changing the story. I don't think it needed to nor was i expecting it to. I mean just look at the amount of flack the final Fantasy 7 remake has come under for changing its story. (I'm not saying the two are comparable I'm just using it as an example of how people can get a bit tetchy when messing with a much loved story) as far as replay-ability. I don't think Twin Snakes has any more or less than OG MGS1. My bottom line is that I don't think Twin Snakes is any better or worse than OG MGS1. they are both good for different reasons. Loved your Comment. Thanks again for watching 🙂
I’m aware of the JJ Abraham Star Trek game I feel a bit silly or not included it. It’s also got suggest a few time online since I filmed the bits for the video. As always fella thanks for watching :-)
